Buying a Sur-Ron or 79Bike: prices, shipping and support
Explore your options
- What size Sur-Ron fits you? Seat height and rider fit
- Ultra Bee 21 kW vs Falcon Pro: compare the two formats

Start with the rider, not the power figure
List the rider’s height, weight with riding equipment, experience and intended terrain. Check the permitted load, access to the controls and how easily the bike can be moved at a standstill. Seat height is a useful starting point, but saddle width and suspension setup also affect reach. A more powerful bike is not automatically the better fit.
Five formats to compare
| Model | Peak power | Claimed weight | Seat height |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hyper Bee 2026 | 8 kW | 39 kg | 665–705 mm |
| Light Bee X 2026 | 10 kW | 59 kg | 830 mm |
| Light Bee 2 2026 | 24 kW (Turbo) | 65 kg | 830 mm |
| 79Bike Falcon Pro | 10 kW | About 59 kg | 830 mm |
| Ultra Bee 2026 — 21 kW | 21 kW (Turbo) | 88 kg | 910 mm |
The Hyper Bee is the smallest format here, with a claimed maximum load of 55 kg. Do not treat it as an interchangeable alternative to the adult-size Light Bee models. The Ultra Bee is a larger enduro-style format. Check handling and transport space before comparing its peak output with a compact bike.
Battery capacity is not a guaranteed range
Compare nominal energy in kWh as well as voltage and amp-hours. The Light Bee X and Falcon Pro both use a 72 V, 35 Ah battery, equivalent to 2.52 kWh nominal energy. That does not establish equal range: rider weight, speed, terrain, tires and test conditions also matter. Our Electric dirt bike range, batteries and charging explains these differences.
Budget for the complete setup
Alongside the bike, consider suitable protective equipment, transport, maintenance and wear parts. Ask which charger and equipment are supplied, how service is arranged and what the written delivery quote covers. Compare the final configuration rather than a headline price alone.
Confirm the exact version
Model names can cover different years and specifications. The Sur-Ron models presented here are the 2026 NYVOLT configurations. Confirm the selected finish, wheel sizes and battery before ordering. Do not infer public-road eligibility from a light, display or a familiar model name; verify the exact documents and the rules for the intended location.
