Free delivery with no minimum order to the 237 countries and territories offered at checkout. This applies to products available to order online, in France and internationally. The shipping charge is €0; check your destination and order summary before confirming.
79Bike Falcon Pro, Lynx and Falcon GT: indicative delivery within 5–12 business days. Y-VOLT Surge V: indicative delivery within 5–10 business days. The stated Sur-Ron lead time for metropolitan France is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation. Timing depends on stock, colour and destination and must be confirmed for your order. International delivery times are destination-specific.
Destinations
France, the United States, Poland and all other destinations offered at checkout qualify for free delivery. Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Bouvet Island and Heard Island and McDonald Islands are not currently served. The former Netherlands Antilles are not offered under that former designation.
The free offer covers transport. Any taxes, customs duties or import charges are separate from shipping; check the conditions for your destination before purchase.
Before ordering
The applicable delivery timeframe and €0 shipping are shown before you confirm your order. Check your address, phone number and access for a delivery vehicle.
For special access requirements or a product supplied on quotation, contact us to confirm the delivery arrangements and timeframe.
Preparation and tracking
- Your motorcycle’s version, color and order details are confirmed.
- The motorcycle is prepared and handed over to the carrier.
- We send you the available tracking information and delivery instructions.
On delivery day
Check the packaging, motorcycle and included items. If you notice damage or a missing item, describe it precisely on the delivery document and take photos if possible. Then send us your order number and details of what you found.
Your signature confirms receipt and the observations recorded. It does not remove your statutory guarantees or, by itself, exclude a defect that was not visible at delivery.
Delay or missing delivery
Contact us if the stated delivery time has passed or tracking shows a delivery you have not received. We will check with the carrier. Your rights in the event of delay or nondelivery remain applicable.
