Size: assess the difference before focusing on power
The stated weight difference is about 29 kg, with roughly 80 mm between seat heights. Check ground reach when stopped, manoeuvring with the motor off and loading into your vehicle. Battery capacity does not guarantee a particular range
Multiplying nominal voltage by capacity gives 4.44 kWh for the Ultra Bee and 2.52 kWh for the Falcon Pro. The first therefore has around 76% more nominal battery energy. That calculation does not predict 76% more riding distance: weight, speed, elevation, terrain and temperature affect consumption. A range comparison would require testing both motorcycles under the same conditions.

Peak power: consider how you will use the bike
The Ultra Bee’s 21 kW figure is peak output in Turbo mode; the Falcon Pro lists 10 kW peak. These are not continuous power ratings and do not establish how easy either motorcycle is to ride. Consider your experience, available modes and traction on the intended terrain.
